Dear partners,
The outbreak of COVID-19 (the coronavirus) is currently impacting the global community – every day we all feel the effects of this situation on our private and professional lives. As the coronavirus continues to spread, we want to highlight that the safety of our customers, employees and partners is the top priority for SIXT GROUP ROMANIA.
As your transportation and mobility partner, we are aiming daily to provide the best service and do our best to meet your expectations.
We are closely monitoring the current situation and decide in a specially established coordination center together with the responsible authorities what measures we take to prevent a potential spread of the coronavirus (Covid-19) and how, where and when to apply them, so that we can always offer the best possible protection for our customers, employees and partners based on the current available information.
We recommend our customers to also consider the precautionary advice of the WHO and local authorities, such as to regularly and thoroughly clean your hands, avoid touching your face or throw tissues away immediately after use. These recommendations also apply to our employees and in all our branches and stations. In addition, all vehicles in our SIXT fleet are all professionally cleaned in a multi-step process to minimize the potential risk of germ transmission.
We hope that, especially in the current situation, our products will provide you with a safe alternative to public transport and allow you to continue flexible mobility. If you need support for a mobility service, have questions about your travel plans or if we can assist you in any other way with our products, we will be right at your side to help you. Our customer care teams are available at: 021 9400.
This is an exceptional time for everyone, and we are committed to bringing you our best service and highest safety standards. Thank you for your continued trust in our company.
